1.	Certificate is an official document (required by law) which proves that a house has an adequate energy infrastructure.
2	It determines whether further investments in energy saving solutions are necessary. Often, heating lossess resulting from improper building materials, can significantly increase the heating costs (up to 200%).
3.	Certificate can serve as a strong argument in negotiations when selling a house or apartment (common practice in EU countries). Energy efficient houses are sold faster and at better prices.

Therefore it is recommended to carry out expert inspection as soon as possible and prepare the relevant document.
