Energy audit
Energy audit is a document containing technical and economic analysis to improve the building. Defines the scope and parameters of technical and economic projects which reduces the thermo-modernization:
1. The costs of building heating
2. Costs of obtaining hot water
3. Cost of ventilation and air conditioning.
Indicates the optimal solution (in particular with the costs of this project and energy savings), stating what should be done and what action to carry out technically, to bring maximum economic benefit.
The purpose of the audit is to recommend specific, optimal solutions (technical, organizational, procedural) along with an indication of their viability.
Energy audits should include in particular:
1.Identifying the building, a local source of heat, district heating, and their owner,
2.The evaluation of technical condition of the building, a local source of heat, district heating,
3. Description possible variants realization Undertaking thermo-modernization,
4. Indication optimal variant Undertaking thermo-modernization.
